Everyone who has left, with their last day and the reason. Offboarded records stay here for reference.
App logins for the ops/CRM app. Fix roles, division, access flags and active status. Email is the sign-in identity and is not editable here, ask Claude to change a login email.
The god view: every person, every system they can sign in to, and who holds the master accounts. Read-only; manage individual logins on the HR Roster and App Logins tabs.
Everyone who has signed an offer letter but is not on the roster yet. Review each one, correct anything that has changed since the letter went out (start dates slip often), then add them. Adding puts them on the roster, into the app directory and onto the payroll register, and takes them off the recruitment board.
Everyone's probation clock at a glance. Do the 3-month review (line manager to you) and decide Confirm / Extend / Not confirmed before the 6-month end, while it's still 14 days' notice. Company-visa staff are the priority. You and Abbie are on 1-year contracts, marked confirmed.
Every active employee moves to a digital employment contract, signed online and filed with AI. Re-issue as digital: staff who signed an earlier contract, same terms, the cover note says nothing changes. New contract: everyone with no signed contract on file. Each contract is built from the HR roster and their signed offer letter, countersigned with your signature and the right company stamp, and signed by them by drawing on their phone or laptop.
Everything the team flags in the app lands here: running late, out for the day, work-from-home and leave, month by month. Upcoming leave (approved and pending, from today onward) always shows at the top, whatever month you are on. Use it for the monthly review, patterns show up fast.
The M365 mailbox register: every @staygroup.ae box, who holds it, its licence, and what is free for the next joiner. Licences are recorded when Sadiq bills them, then given to a box from the available ones. Offboarding someone on the roster frees their personal box here automatically. A closed box is archived, not deleted, and every change is in its History. Use Print register for the copy that goes to Sadiq.
Every employee's documents in one place: pick a person to see, upload or preview their files. Coverage and renewals fold out below.
